1) Introduction & notice

a) Introduction

Quinnox, Inc. and its subsidiaries / affiliates (‘Everforth Quinnox’ or ‘the Company’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’) respects individual privacy and values the confidence of its customers, employees, job applicants, business partners/ vendors. The Company collects, uses and discloses Personal Identifiable Information in a manner consistent with the laws of the countries in which it does business. The Company also has a tradition of upholding the highest ethical standards in its business practices.

We have implemented industry-standard security safeguards designed to protect the Personal Identifiable Information that we collect. We also periodically monitor our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, consistent with industry standards.

Your privacy is important to us. We believe it is pertinent for you to know how we treat the personally identifiable information, that we receive from you. This privacy policy explains what Personal Data we collect from you, through our interactions with you on our website, and how we use that data.

b) Definitions

“Personal Data” and “Personal Identifiable Information (‘PII’)” means any information relating to an individual that can be used to identify that individual either on its own or in combination with other readily available data.

“Pixels” means small, graphic images on web pages, web based documents, or in email messages that allow us or third parties to monitor who is visiting our Sites (or other third-party sites) or if an email has been read.

2) Collection of Personal Identifiable Information

a) Information you actively submit

Any Personal Identifiable Information we collect is used only to respond to your inquiry, process an order or allow you to access specific account information, and is not shared with third parties.

We do not seek to collect or otherwise process your sensitive Personal Identifiable Information for any other purpose other than what is legitimate; and we do so in accordance to applicable law.

We do not collect or otherwise process Personal Identifiable Information about race, religion, sexual orientation, health or any other information that is deemed to be sensitive in the ordinary course of business with the exception of employees and job applicants.

b) Modes of collection of data

PII collected either electronically or physically, including but not limited to emails, cold calls, resumes, social media networking sites, subscription to databases and prospective candidate search engines, etc.

Policy Statement

  • Everforth Quinnox shall protect its customers, employees and job applicants’ information / data deemed as ‘Personal’ and / or ‘Private’.
  • ‘Customers’ records shall not be sold, traded or disclosed to any third party except as may be required by law.
  • Any information that is provided to us in the course of interacting with our project staff or support departments shall be held in strict confidence. This includes information(including, but not limited to email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, bank account details, credit card numbers and medical history), as well as any data that is supplied to us in the course of business engagement.

You can visit most of our sites without registering or actively submitting Personal Data to us. If you do not register, general technical user data such as your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system and browser type, and the date and time of your visit, may be automatically collected through the use of “cookies”.

c) Combination & synchronization

We may combine and synchronize information that your device transmits, information that you activel submit and information that we obtain from third party sources (including suppliers of market research sample and data marketing platforms that may direct you to our sites to answer demographic questions about yourself in preparation for your completion of surveys, and web publishers, advertisers, data brokers and online service providers that may have obtained information from you or your devices via cookies, Pixels, and other tracking technologies).

d) Business information

We do collect employee contact names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of our business partners, including buyers, suppliers and vendors, for the administration of our business relationships. e) Cookies

A technology called cookies may be used to provide you with tailored information. A cookie is a tiny element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive so we can recognize you when you return. You may set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. Registering with Everforth Quinnox online signifies your unconditional consent to receive such cookies.

3) Purpose & use of collected Personal Identifiable Information

Everforth Quinnox uses the data collected for two main purposes, described in detail below to operate its business including the official website and to send communications, including promotional communications.

  • To fulfil our contractual commitment and to enhance the performance of our contract with you or data controller
  • Allow you use of our products and applications and respond to your requests
  • Provide you with the services, support or information requested and monitor the effectiveness
  • Improve our website’s user experience and communicate better to engage users
  • Enhance the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. To send marketing emails or messages related to our products and services
  • Monitor aggregate metrics to conduct our market research and understand our customers better
  • To process your job application for an open position
  • Analyze, diagnose and fix issues in our product and service offerings.
  • In all cases, this information is not shared with any third party. It is used by Everforth Quinnox as above or to prevent/respond to protection of our websites or applications. In some cases, like with hosted services, we may share information with those that provide us with technology services (e.g. web hosting and analytics services), but strictly for the purpose of carrying out our work. All such vendors used by us are EU GDPR compliant and have signed a Data protection agreement with Everforth Quinnox to secure your data. We may be required to share information with law enforcement or other third parties when compelled to do so by court order or other legal process, to comply with statutes or regulations.


If we merge with or are acquired by another company, and if all of our assets are acquired by another company, this information will most likely be one of the assets to be transferred. However, we will not transfer any personal information of our customers until absolutely necessary to provide you with a continuity of service and only when the new owner maintains and provides the same level of data privacy standards as we do. In such cases, we will provide you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of the transfer of identifiable data.

4) European data protection rights – GDPR

When we process Personal Data about you, we do so with your consent and/or as necessary to provide the website you use, operate our business, meet our contractual and legal obligations, protect the security of our systems and our customers, or fulfil other legitimate interests of Everforth Quinnox as described in this privacy policy.

5) California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA)

The CCPA requires that we provide additional information to California residents, such as the categories of personal information we collect. In the last 12 months, we collected the following categories of personal information from California residents:

  1. Identifiers such as your name, contact information, online identifiers, and device identifiers.
  2. Commercial information, such as billing information, or products or services purchased or used.
  3. Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as your use of our services, or actions you take within our services.
  4. Geolocation data, such as your geographic location associated with your IP address.
  5. Professional or employment-related information, such as your company or organization and the associated email address.

Request to know the categories of personal information we have collected; the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected; the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information; the categories of third parties to whom the business discloses personal information; and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected;
  2. Opt-out of the sale of personal information;
  3. Request that we delete personal information;
  4. That we not discriminate against you based on you exercising rights under the CCPA.

You may contact us to make a request under the CCPA as provided in the Contact Us section below. In making a request under the CCPA, we will verify your identity. For example, if you have an account with us, you will need to contact us from the email address we have on file with your account. An authorized agents can make a request under the CCPA on your behalf.

6) Rights Over Your Personal Data

Under certain circumstances, by law you have the right to:

  • Be informed about the processing of your personal data (i.e. for what purposes, what types, to what recipients it is disclosed, storag periods, any third party sources from which it was obtained, confirmation of whether we undertake automated decision making, including profiling, and the logic, significance and envisaged consequences).
  • Object to your personal data being processed for a particular purpose Request not to be subject to a decision based on automated processing and to have safeguards put in place if you are being profiled based on your personal data.or to request that we stop using your information.

  • Any request for access to or a copy of your personal data must be in writing and we will endeavor to respond within a reasonable period and in any event within one month in compliance with Data Protection Legislation. We will provide this information free of charge unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We will comply with our legal obligations as regards any individual’s rights as a data subject.

7) Information retention & accuracy

We take reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Identifiable Information we receive, process, or maintain is accurate, complete, and reliable for its intended use. We rely on the accuracy of the information provided directly to us but accept responsibility for the management and confidentiality of the Personal Identifiable Information collected.

In general, we keep Personal Identifiable Information only as long as we need it to provide you the services you requested. We may also process data on behalf of third parties who have engaged us. We keep Personal Identifiable Information processed on behalf of third parties for as long as needed to provide services to third party in question. However, we reserve the right to retain Personal Identifiable Information for any period required by law or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8) Data Minimization

We take every reasonable step to ensure that your Personal Identifiable Information that we process is limited to the purposes set out in this policy or as required to provide you services or access to the services.

9) Sharing of Personal Identifiable Information and accountability for onward transfer

a) Information associated with your name is shared in accordance with the procedures stated follows:

  • We use affiliated and unaffiliated service providers all over the world that help us deliver our service and run our business subject to confidentiality agreements.

When Everforth Quinnox shares your Personal Identifiable Information with third party service providers and/or sub-processors, Everforth Quinnox will:

(i) Transfer such data only for limited and specified purposes;

(ii) Ascertain that the sub-processor is obligated to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by these principles;

(iii) Take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that the sub-processor effectively processes the Personal Identifiable Information transferred in a manner consistent with the organization’s obligations under these principles;

(iv) Require the sub-processor to notify Everforth Quinnox if it makes a determination that it can no longer meet its obligation to provide the same level of protection as is required by these principles; &

(v) Upon notice, including under (iv), take reasonable and appropriate steps to stop and remediate unauthorized processing.

b) International transfers

If you are visiting this website from a country other than the country in which our servers are located, your communications with us will result in the transfer of information across international boundaries. By visiting this website and communicating electronically with us, you consent to such cross-border transfers. In the case of data transfers from the EEA and Switzerland, the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks apply.

10) Security of Personal Data

Our business environment requires us to work with customer’s business data or personal data very closely and hence protection of this data and information is a core concern of the organization. We also understand that to implement an effective information security environment, the security elements i.e. access control, defense in depth, encryption, logging and monitoring etc., have to be successfully induced across all business functions and areas of operation.

To achieve the above objective, Everforth Quinnox has implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on international standard specifications and guidelines (ISO 27001:2022).

11) Protection of Personal Data

Everforth Quinnox uses reasonable security measures in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information on or transmitted via the Internet. We rely on various security procedures and systems to ensure the secure storage and transmission of data, including encryption and authentication technology licensed from third parties, to effect secure transmission of confidential information. Additionally, we have absolutely no control over the security of other sites you might visit, interact with or do business with.

Where we store and process Personal Data

Personal Data collected by Everforth Quinnox may be stored and processed in your region, in India, and in any other country where Everforth Quinnox or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers operate facilities. The storage location(s) are chosen in order to operate efficiently, to improve performance and to create redundancies in order to protect the data in the event of an outage or other problem. We take steps to ensure that the data we collect under this privacy policy is processed according to the provisions of this statement and the requirements of applicable law wherever the data is located.

Limits to your privacy

Our sites may contain links to external websites, and areas where you can provide information to third-parties. These are provided for your convenience only, and we do not have control over the content or privacy and security practices and policies of such third parties or third-party sites. Any Personal Identifiable Information you provide in such areas, and on such linked pages is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party’s privacy policy. Children’s Personal Identifiable Information

The online channels are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 16 through the online channels. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Identifiable Information from a child under the age of 16, we will promptly delete the information from our records. If you, being parent/guardian of the child believe that a child under the age of 16 may have provided us with Personal Identifiable Information, please contact us and accord the consent.
